ArthropoTech SL is a company related to the University of Murcia, specializing in Biotechnology of insects and other arthropods that uses state-of-the-art molecular biology tools (PCR, qPCR, massive sequencing, metagenomics) to offer its customers personalized services. We provide customized solutions for clients of agrochemical distribution companies on diagnosis of pest resistance to treatments, optimizing the use of their products for each of their clients’ pathologies, as well as the development of biological control systems and integrated control of pests and crop diseases, thus contributing to sustainable development and the reduction of substances harmful to the environment and living beings. We also offer companies that generate agri-food industry by-products their recovery to transform them into high-quality insect protein, thus reducing their carbon footprint and contributing to the circular economy. Furthermore, we offer companies producing pet food and foodstuffs for poultry and pigs the introduction and valorisation of insects as an ingredient in their products. In general, we offer our knowledge that has been generated for over 30 years, for R&D&I services related to insects and their aspects both beneficial, for their use, and harmful for their control and management.
